So wow it's been awhile since I have been on here. Last time I posted I was just starting college and now I'm in my 5th semester! When I began I wanted to go into the interactive media program, Now I am going into LPN to RN Nursing program :) It's frustrating cause most people tell me I will be a great nurse because I have a lot of compassion, Which I do, But my parents say I only have that kind of compassion for animals. Have I EVER been not compassionate to a person for them to say that? I think not, so I don't know why they say that. I'll be a good nurse, I promise :P
One great thing I can write about is I finally have gone to my first concert! I have gone to two actually. Not joking it was the best night of my life so far. The first one a friend posted on FB she had an extra ticket if anyone wanted to go. I went with her to Wild Adventures and had a ball the whole day. The concert was amazing and actually had me reduced to tears at one point. The speech before Awake and Alive gets me, Skillet is so inspirational I tell you. I promise I was not the only one teary eyed. The second was two months later and cost me an arm and a leg, It was VIP and I actually got to meet Skillet then :D They are so nice I talked to them about their podcast on YT and then I embaressed myself by calling their guitar player by the wrong name cause the last one had quit recently and their replacement looked a lot like the other one, so yea, lol. No harm though. I actually hope I get to see them at winterjam friday but here it is thursday and I don't know if I'm going yet. Hope I do! :D

One last thing, I started "Sherlock" finally.Everyone seems to love it. The first episode was great :D

This summer has been so uneventful, let me tell you. It would have been so nice to go to the Harry Potter theme park in orlando sometime this summer, but, its not gonna happen :/ I still can't believe on opening night the whole cast was there, and they were so near my house and I didn't go :( that woulda been a dream come true, but you know, life goes on ;p I start college the 23rd, Its really nerve wreaking. I hope to major in interactive media production, which gives you experience in graphic design and media and audio editing, and all about the production process. I say hope because I have to apply for the program for the spring semester. I'm not really sure how competitive it is to get in, but I'm afraid I wont get accepted, but its not the end of the world if I dont right?? I could always do something else if I had to....

I'm going to turn in an application to a bakery that is expanding so I *really* hope I get a call back!! I can't cake decorate but other than that its the perfect job for me!! I was in Culinary Arts senior year of high school so hopefully that will count for something ;)

*Random side note* Who is excited for season 3 of Merlin??! That trailer was beyond epic, I haven't been this excited since I found out the Harry Potter books were becoming Movies ;) september needs to get here fast!! gahhh I hope this isn't the last season.

some events that have happened in my life...

My Birthday~
I had alotta fun on my birthday! I didn't have a grand party or anything, but I enjoyed it :) my mom took me shopping at the mall and a few other places. I gotta few things, like some books and the Alice DVD! lol ;] I also tried cold stone creamery's ice-cream for the first time that day and omg I about died it was so good! I def will be going back there cause I have a major weakness for ice-cream ;p we went out to dinner and OF COURSE my parents have the waitresses sing happy birthday. I die of embarressment everytime but there is nothing I can do to stop them *sigh* whatevs. I had the most delicious specialty cake, I took a pic and was hoping to share it but my camara died :( I will show it in a future post, cause it was real pretty :p haha.

I had the most AMAZING time!!! we went to Universal studios and I have not had that much fun in a long time. Thanks to B.E and T.G for helping make it that way ;) and thanks for dragging me on that simpsons ride. holy crap that was fun. some of my friends had the guts to sing karoke!! I could of never done that in front of that many people, but they did and I applaude them for there bravery.

I applied to Santa Fe today, All I got to do is get my transcripts and register for classes. I am real nervous about everything. Wish me luck getting a job, because I will really need one really soon. I need a car then I have GOT to get an apartment or something. So yea need a job real bad. wish me luck.

Hey everyone,
this month has been a tough one. My grandfather has been in and out of the hospital alot lately, his lungs has collapsed 3 times this month and he has to be rushed to the hospital. My grandma (on the other side) has also been in the hospital, we called her and she was talking out of her head and having delusions so we had to take her, it turns out her kidneys were shutting down. Thankfully that was taken care of and she is all well now. On a lighter note, I got my first video request!! I couldn't believe it!! It made me really happy lol. Also have been reading some awesome fanfiction (my new internet obsession) And I can't believe I will be 19 next month.... I still have no idea what Im gonna do for my birthday yet,Time just goes by to fast!! speaking of time flying I found out that a really good childhood friend Is gonna be a dad!! That was the most shocking news I have heard in a long time. I went and saw shutter island recently, it was awesome. It really makes you think, and I like a movie like that everyonce in a while. oh and do you remember the economics book that went missing?? I found it!!! it was like a miracle, I didn't have to pay for it thank god. Easter's coming up, we are gonna have an easter dinner, nothing really special, and Im soo grateful that sping break is around the corner! please hurry up lol ;p

Horray for Bright Futures

Horray for being a senior cause I get the next two days off of school, cause everybody else is taking the f-cat ;] speaking of test, I took the ACT for the second time recently and I got my score back last week. I got a 22. That is good, really good for me cause that means I am eligable for the Bright Futures scholorship. The first time I took it I got an 18 so I was VERY relieved. I plan on using my days off from school to start some videos. I planned on starting another Robin/Marian vid but I decided to mix it up so I'm gonna do a Merlin vid :) I want to do a Merlin/Freya vid cause thats hands down my favorite episode, but then I heard a really cute song for Arthur/Gwen and I really wanna do a Guy/Meg vid so who knows what I will come up with lol! I'm not good at making choices (as you can probably tell).

So my dad had heart surgery a couple of weeks ago and he seems to be recovering great. You would not know he had just had heart surgery if you had not been told. He seems like his same old self, So that is great news. And the scar is like, SUPER thin, so that makes him happy. I also got super excited because someone posted Wicked the play on youtube, and I prolly would have never been able to see it if it had not been posted, So I gave the poster a huge thank you. I loved it, I LOOVEEE the songs "what is this feeling"(haha SUCH a perfect song) and "defying gravity". I am working on getting the money to buy Robin Hood season 3 on dvd, I had to spend my money buying an economics text book someone stole (>.< Darn them!)so i hope to get that soon. Thats all thats been happening, Hope yall have a great week.

It's been awhile since i've posted so lets fix that shall we?
I went and saw Avatar and need I say it?? It was totally amazing!! seriously my new fav movie. My fav part (ignore this if you haven't seen it cause you won't have no idea what i'm talking about) is when the main Avatar girl (Neytiri) saves the Human Jake in the last battle scene from suffocating. I thought it was really cool she saw the person that was linked to the avatar body. ok enough about Avatar just had to say I LURVED it! I also finished the first book in the Sword of truth series, Wizard's first rule and that was amazing. Can't wait to read the second! also gettin really agitated with youtube. Darn copyright issues!! they annoy the life out of me!!! If my next R/M vid im planning gets blocked im gonna blow cause im really excited to share that one. I also lost my economics book for school (thats not good) soo I really hope i find it soon. One last thing my dad will be having a heart surgery on feb 10th so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. peace out

thanksgiving went great ^_^. I had lots of fun!! We all meet at my Dad's parents house for lots of food and family. My other grandma brought a friend NONE of us had meet before but hey thats allright the more the merrier.My mom KNOWS how to make a turkey!! (this is funny cause I'm a vegetarian, but I did try a nibble of it,just a nibble, hey don't judge ;P) what I'm trying to say her turkeys come out really moist and seasoned to perfection, she gives any professional chef a run for his money.On top of that she made delightful desserts (bite sized carmel chessecakes and cupcakes ohhmaynn :P) So thanksgiving was great.
I just recently got into the series The Tudors(thanks Abeer ^_^), its about the life of king Henry the 8th, he had such an interesting story, I did like the movie the other Bolyen girl, which is about the same people. I feel so bad for Anne Bolyen in both versions of the story! Tudors is a great series but it does get very graphic (sexually) alot cause King Henry was such a ladys man/playa lol but NOTHING compared to true blood (the vampire series), which will make the eyes pop out of their sockets sometimes ahaha. It's finally cooling down! the high was like 60 today!!! I hope it dont warm back up, I <3 winter!! im excited, I'm dowloading christmas music and pestering the rents to put up the christmas tree. I'm also on the third season of good ol Robin Hood. I found out what Isabella did to Robin a bit early =( but I'm glad I found out before I had time to think "Hey shes cooler than Kate!" or something like that! R.I.P =((( well hope yall had a good Holiday, I missed the thanksgiving charlie Brown which I'm not happy about!! but ol well im sure I can see it next year.

So I *Finally* got the New Moon soundtrack! And Honestly I have to tell ya, The Twilight Soundtrack was WOW way better in my opinion. I liked almost all the songs on the twilight soundtrack, but I only like maybe 4 on this one, and they are (just in case your curious)

I also this week am reading Memoirs of a Geisha, which is turning out very good. I am almost finished with it, I recommend it if you are searching for a book. I watched the movie on youtube cause I haven't seen it yet and it stayed really close to the novel, which was surprising cause the movie is almost always different from the book(case in point.. Twilight). I can't wait to finish this book cause I'm excited to start Wizard's First Rule By Terry Goodkind. ahh gotta love the fantasy. yes I know I'm a book nerd. can't help it. counting down the days till 11/20/09 new moon comes out! can not wait at all

I'm Not much into Dancing

So this week was homecoming and Red Ribbon week at my school. I didn't go to the homecoming dance or game. I instead went over and spent some time with an old friend ( I would sooo much rather do that) and had alot of fun. we hung out and watched movies and caught up. So today is Halloween. I think maybe me and my fam are going to the movies to see the newest saw movie tonight. that should be fun.We get no trick or treater's, so no worries about are house getting egged when we're gone! ha ha, So I was supposed to go volunteer at the libary today, but I didn't go in today, and I really had no excuse to do so! ha ha ha I already have all the volunteer hours I need for school so no worries. I can't believe October is already gone, it seems this year has gone by so fast. It will be thanksgiving and christmas before we know it. I also can't believe that its november and the temperture is STILL in the 80's. jeez cool down a little bit will ya! I'm counting down the days till I can wear winter clothes.

Hello, This is my first blog so I figured I would use this first post to tell you about myself and what this blog is gonna be like. I am currently a senior in High School and I plan to go to community collage after high school. I plan to work toward being a vet. I love youtube, I also love reading. Some of my fav authors are Stephenie Meyer, J.K Rowling, Ellen Hopkins, C.S Lewis, Jodi Picoult, James Patterson, the list goes on! I am 18 years of age (I look young though, about 13/14) This blog is basically going to be a journal. What happened and what I feel like and whatnot. I also want to be a movie critic so I will post opinions about movies I have just seen. I won't post any spoilers so dont worry. This blog should be fun! I should post about once a week. bye for now!
